Obligations of the Beneficiary
The beneficiary is obligated, within 2 years from receiving the assistance for the restoration of a storage and/or processing enterprise and/or greenhouse farm and/or livestock farm (cattle and/or small ruminants), to:
a) Not transfer ownership of the greenhouse farm and/or livestock farm (cattle and/or small ruminants) and/or storage and/or processing enterprise;
b) Maintain the operational profile of the greenhouse farm and/or livestock farm (cattle and/or small ruminants) and/or storage and/or processing enterprise.
Monitoring
The Agency is authorized, at any time and at its sole discretion, to conduct field and documentary monitoring within the framework of the program.
To confirm the fulfillment of the purpose defined in the agreement, the beneficiary must submit an expert/audit conclusion issued by an entity registered in the registry maintained by the State Sub-agency of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia – the Service for Accounting, Reporting and Auditing Supervision – or by the Legal Entity of Public Law – Levan Samkharauli National Forensic Bureau. This conclusion must confirm the purposeful expenditure of the investment value and the fulfillment of the intended use.
