Stages of Participation in the Program

Applications under the program are accepted at the central office of the Rural Development Agency, as well as at regional offices and information-consultation centers.

The list of the documents to be submitted:

• Copy of the potential beneficiary’s ID card and/or a document confirming authorization of representation;
• Extract from the Register of Entrepreneurs and Non-Entrepreneurial (Non-Commercial) Legal Entities (in case of entrepreneurial status);
• Document confirming ownership of real estate (extract from the LEPL - National Agency of Public Registry);
• Certificate issued by the local municipality administration regarding the damage incurred by the potential beneficiary;
• Contract signed with the builder, which must be accompanied by a construction cost estimate as an annex;
• Banking details;
• Other additional documents, upon the agency’s request.
