Definitions of Terms

Potential Beneficiary – a person who, in the regions of Imereti and/or Guria, has established a farming enterprise under the State Programme of Dairy Modernization and Market Access (DiMMA) approved by the Government of Georgia Resolution No. 235 of April 10, 2020, and/or has established a greenhouse farm under the Pilot Program for Women approved by the Government of Georgia Decree No. 1488 of August 15, 2022, and/or has established a processing and/or storage enterprise under the Co-financing of Processing and Storage Enterprises approved by the Government of Georgia Decree No. 139 of January 27, 2014, and/or has established a processing and/or storage enterprise and/or livestock farm (cattle and/or small ruminants) and/or greenhouse farm under the Preferential Agrocredit Project.

Facility (Object) – a farm established under the State Programme of Dairy Modernization and Market Access (DiMMA) approved by the Government of Georgia Resolution No. 235 of April 10, 2020, and/or a greenhouse farm established under the Pilot Program for Women approved by the Government of Georgia Decree No. 1488 of August 15, 2022, and/or a processing and/or storage enterprise established under the Co-financing of Processing and Storage Enterprises approved by the Government of Georgia Decree No. 139 of January 27, 2014, and/or a processing and/or storage enterprise and/or livestock farm (cattle and/or small ruminants) and/or greenhouse farm established under the Preferential Agrocredit Project.

Conclusion – an expert/audit opinion regarding the purposeful spending of the investment value and fulfillment of the intended use, issued by a person registered in the registry maintained by the State Sub-agency of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia – the Service for Accounting, Reporting and Auditing Supervision – or by the Legal Entity of Public Law – Levan Samkharauli National Forensic Bureau.
