List of documentation to be submitted 

For participation in the project potential beneficiary should apply the JSC “Liberty Bank”, complete application form and submit following documentation:

• Copy of ID document of potential beneficiary;
• Invoice or/and agreement on stoves in Georgia, with following obligatory information:
  • Contact details of the parties;
  • Name, model and serial number of energy efficient stove;
  • Total price in national currency;
  • Bank account information of supplier at the JSC “Liberty Bank”;
• Bank account information of potential beneficiary at the JSC “Liberty Bank”;
• Acceptance and delivery certificate;
• Goods consignment note;
• Warranty card of the stove (with warranty terms applying for no lesser of 2 years term since execution of acceptance and delivery certificate) issued by manufacturer or/and supplier;
• Document proving payment of participation sum (indicating the data of payer, sum recipient and purpose of payment);
• Any other document(s) requested by the Agency.
