Steps to be taken for program participation 

For determination of compliance of energy-efficient stoves with specified criteria (parameters), potential beneficiary can apply the accredited laboratories (certification body) recognized by European Commission, as well as the Scientific-Engineering Center of High Temperature Thermal Physics  Processes of Technical University of Georgia.

In order to receive co-financing or reimbursement, application and documents under the program should be submitted by the manufacturer to the Agency.

Submitted documentation will be examined by the Agency, and in case of non-compliance of application and accompanying documents with program terms, potential beneficiary will be notified about detected defect. 20 working days are set for defect remedy. Within the mentioned term, potential beneficiary should submit the corrected document only. 

In case the defect cannot be remedied within the mentioned term, application will be rejected and new application should be submitted for participation in program.

In case of compliance of application with program terms, agreement will be concluded with potential beneficiary (in case of Laboratory of Technical University of Georgia  - tripartite agreement between beneficiary, the Agency and Technical University).

Note:  co-financing / reimbursement will be carried out by the Agency in case of submitting of document by the potential beneficiary on determination of compliance of energy-efficient with specified criteria (parameters) issued by the competent authority.
