List of documents to be submitted (in case of reimbursement of a sum for determination of compliance of energy-efficient stove with specified criteria (parameters)

• Copy of ID document of director or/and other representative of potential beneficiary;
• Extract from the Registry of Entrepreneurial and Non-entrepreneurial (non-commercial) Legal Persons;
• Service Invoice or/and agreement in Georgian or notarially certified translation in Georgian, containing the following mandatory information: 
  • Contact details of the parties;
  • Name of service;
  • Total price and currency;
  • Bank account data of agency determining the compliance of energy-efficient stove with specified criteria (parameters);

In case of submitting an invoice / agreement of accredited laboratories (certification body) recognized by European Commission:

• Notarially certified Georgian translation of accreditation/certification document of accredited laboratories (certification body) recognized by European Commission;
• Bank details of potential beneficiary;
• Other document(s) requested by the Agency.
