In order to receive the co-financing, a beneficiary of the program should fulfil the below given obligations and prove by signing the application. 

• In case of purchase of energy-efficient stove, till receipt of co-financing, program beneficiary should ensure the installation of energy-efficient stove at the actual address of the household, as it is provided in application form in accordance with the instructions of its manufacturer. 
• After receipt of co-financing, energy-efficient stove should not be alienated for five years.
• Within five years since co-financing, program beneficiary is not allowed to move the energy-efficient stove to another address, and in case of address change, he/she is obliged to notify the Agency in this regard and obtain relevant approval for installation of energy-efficient stove at the new address (except nomadic people).
• Household of a beneficiary will benefit from co-financing for purchase of only one energy-efficient stove.
• Beneficiary agrees to transfer the co-financing sum to a supplier from his/her account in a non-acceptance manner.
• In case of sequestration/ direct debit on the account of beneficiary, he/she shall return full some of co-financing. 
• In case of breach of provided obligations, the beneficiary will be obliged to recover full amount of received co-financing sum.
