Obligations and the documents to be submitted

Completed form (application form) (In the case of branding targeting, a (branding readiness questionnaire) annexed with the list of documents accompanying the application (list of documents to be submitted).

Within the framework of the program, applications can also be submitted via email: document@rda.gov.ge

Obligations to be performed by the beneficiary

The beneficiary is obliged to:

• To ensure the implementation of international and standards of safety management and certification and/or those measures, for the recognition of a business operator producing or processing food of animal origin, property purpose co-financing agreement not within 36 days;
• Ensure the creation of branding and packaging design within a period of not more than 18 months from the date of concluding the co-financing agreement;
• Not to alienate the equipment required for product branding / making it as a final product within 24 months from the date of concluding the relevant co-financing agreement.
