International Exhibition – Paris International Agricultural Show (SIA) 2027

Applications for the exhibition selection competition will be accepted from 12:00 PM on August 31, 2026, through 6:00 PM on September 14, 2026

 

To participate in the exhibition selection competition, it is necessary to register in the Registry of Farms and Rural Enterprises

 

From February 27 to March 7, 2027, the international exhibition "Paris International Agricultural Show (SIA) 2027" will be held in Paris, France.

Last year, more than 1,100 exhibiting companies from 28 countries participated in the exhibition. "Paris International Agricultural Show (SIA) 2027" is one of the world's major exhibitions in the field of agri-food products.

With the organization of the LEPL - Rural Development Agency, companies will be able to participate in the exhibition, companies that produce and/or sell food, beverages, or other products relevant to the content of the exhibition.

To participate in the exhibition selection competition, you must meet the following criteria:

  • The products produced and/or marketed must correspond to the scope of the international exhibition;
  • During participation in international exhibitions held within the previous one calendar year, the terms of the contract must not have been violated;
  • There must be no ongoing court, enforcement, or other legal proceedings/disputes with the Agency;
  • You must not have tax arrears owed to the state (except in cases where the collection of the tax debt owed to the state has been deferred or the obligation to pay it has been suspended on the basis of law).

If the eligibility criteria are met, the evaluation will be carried out by assigning points according to the relevant indicators:

2.    Has a certificate of relevant international food safety management systems/standards and/or a certificate of conformity assessment issued by the LEPL – National Food Agency; in the case of a trader entity, the manufacturer of the products intended for sale has the relevant certificate of international food safety management systems/standards and/or a certificate of conformity assessment issued by the LEPL – National Food Agency. In the case of alcoholic beverages, a VI-1 form or certificate of conformity issued by the LEPL – National Wine Agency is also permitted. 2.5
3.     Has exported products corresponding to the scope of the exhibition during the last 3 years prior to submitting the application to the Agency 2


To participate in the exhibition selection competition, it is necessary to register on the website, complete the electronic application, and upload the documents listed below:

  • A copy of both sides of the identity document of the authorized person;
  • An extract from the Registry of Entrepreneurs and Non-Entrepreneurial (Non-Commercial) Legal Entities;
  • A certificate issued by the LEPL – Revenue Service confirming the absence of outstanding debt (except in cases where the collection of the tax debt owed to the state has been deferred or the obligation to pay it has been suspended on the basis of law);
  • A document issued by the LEPL – Revenue Service confirming the beneficiary's annual turnover for the previous calendar year;
  • A certificate of international food safety management systems/standards or a certificate of conformity assessment issued by the LEPL – National Food Agency (if available);
  • In the case of a trader entity, the relevant certificate of international food safety management systems/standards and/or certificate of conformity assessment issued by the LEPL – National Food Agency of the manufacturer of the products intended for sale (if available);
  • In the case of production of alcoholic beverages, a certificate of international food safety management systems/standards, a certificate of conformity assessment issued by the LEPL – National Food Agency, a VI-1 form or certificate of conformity issued by the LEPL – National Wine Agency (if available);
  • In the case of a trader entity, a certificate of international food safety management systems/standards of the manufacturer of the alcoholic beverages intended for sale, a certificate of conformity assessment issued by the LEPL – National Food Agency, a VI-1 form or certificate of conformity issued by the LEPL – National Wine Agency (if available);
  • A document confirming the export of products corresponding to the scope of the exhibition during the 3 years prior to submitting the application to the Agency (if available);
  • A contract concluded with the manufacturing company regarding the sale of products (in the case of a trader entity);
  • Other additional documentation, if requested by the Agency.

For participation in the international exhibition, your evaluation score must be at least 3.5 points. In the event of equal scores, the principle of order of submission will apply when selecting companies.

Note:

  • If, after completing the review of applications received for a specific exhibition, the number of positive/approved applications is lower than the number of potential beneficiaries determined by the Agency for the given exhibition, companies that have fully submitted the documentation required by the program but have failed to obtain the minimum points stipulated by the program will also be eligible to participate.
  • When selecting applications, priority will be given to applications that have received the maximum score; if applications have equal scores, the date on which the application was received by the Agency will be taken into consideration.
  • If the relevant conditions stipulated by the program are met, the LEPL – Rural Development Agency will notify you about the preparation of the contract.
  • Taking into account the specifics of the exhibition, the Agency will ensure the transportation of samples of a specified weight. Participants will be informed about these conditions and the permitted quantities after completion of the selection process. At the same time, the Agency will not ensure the transportation of samples of perishable products, including fresh fruit and meat products.
