Explanation of terms 

Potencial beneficiary – natural person, who has granted a status of permanent resident in high mountaneous area, has the agricultural land plot in ownership/co-ownership which is registered in LEPL – Public Registry and to whome is possible to conclude a co-financing agreement within the program; 

Beneficiary – the person, to whome is concluded a co-financing agreement within the program; 

Co-financing agreement – an agreement concluded between the agency and beneficiary, which defines the terms and obligations to be performed by the parties within the program; 

Co-financing  - Funds to be issued to the beneficiaries by the agency within the program, including by means of compensation; 

Agricultural equipment -    agricultural hand tractor (motoblock) with a capacity of at least 7 horsepower for agricultural purposes and a trailer (implement) only in a set with a hand tractor, which is used for agricultural works.   

Supplier of agricultural equipment – the entrepreneur natural/legal person registered based on the law of Georgia “On Entrepreneurs”, from which the beneficiary buys the agricultural equipment.
