On January 15-24, 2027, in Berlin, Federal Republic of Germany, the international exhibition "Green Week 2027" will be held.

Green Week is a leading international trade fair for food, agriculture and horticulture. Producers from all over the world present a wide range of products over 10 days.

In 2026, the exhibition featured more than 1,600 exhibitors from nearly 60 countries, and approximately 350,000 visitors attended the exhibition.

Organized by the NNLE Rural Development Agency, processing companies that produce food and/or beverage products, as well as trading entities that sell processed agri-food products, will be eligible to participate in the exhibition.

To participate in the exhibition selection competition, you must meet the following criteria:

• The products produced and/or marketed must correspond to the scope of the international exhibition;
• During participation in international exhibitions held within the previous one calendar year, the terms of the contract must not have been violated;
• There must be no ongoing court, enforcement, or other legal proceedings/disputes with the Agency;
• You must not have tax arrears owed to the state (except in cases where the collection of the tax debt owed to the state has been deferred or the obligation to pay it has been suspended on the basis of law).

If the eligibility criteria are met, the evaluation will be carried out by assigning points according to the relevant indicators:

To participate in the exhibition selection competition, it is necessary to register on the website, complete the electronic application, and upload the documents listed below:

• The product manufacturer or trading entity shall submit:
  
  • A copy of both sides of the identity document of the authorized person;
  • An extract from the Registry of Entrepreneurs and Non-Entrepreneurial (Non-Commercial) Legal Entities;
  • A certificate from the LEPL Revenue Service confirming the absence of outstanding tax liabilities (except where the payment of tax liabilities to the State has been deferred or the obligation to pay has been suspended on the basis of law);
  • A document issued by the LEPL Revenue Service confirming the beneficiary’s annual turnover for the previous calendar year;
• In the case of a product manufacturer:
• • A certificate of international food safety management systems/standards or a conformity assessment certificate issued by the LEPL National Food Agency (if available);
  • In the case of the production of alcoholic beverages, a certificate of international food safety management systems/standards, a conformity assessment certificate issued by the LEPL National Food Agency, a VI-1 form or a conformity certificate issued by the LEPL National Wine Agency (if available);
    
    
• In the case of a trading entity:

• • A certificate of the relevant international food safety management systems/standards of the manufacturer of the products intended for sale and/or a conformity assessment certificate issued by the LEPL National Food Agency (if available);
  • A certificate of international food safety management systems/standards of the manufacturer of alcoholic beverages intended for sale, a conformity assessment certificate issued by the LEPL National Food Agency, a VI-1 form or a conformity certificate issued by the LEPL National Wine Agency (if available);
  • An agreement concluded with the manufacturing company regarding the sale of products.

• A document confirming the export of products relevant to the content of the exhibition during the 3 years prior to submitting the application to the Agency (if available);
• Other additional documentation, if requested by the Agency.

To obtain the right to participate in the international exhibition, the evaluation score must be at least 3.5 points, except in the exceptional case specified below:

• If, as a result of reviewing the applications, the number of approved applications is lower than the number of participants determined by the Agency, the right to participate may also be granted to companies that have fully submitted the mandatory documentation required under the Program but have not accumulated the minimum 3.5 points.
• During the selection process, priority will be given to applications that have received the highest score, and in the case of equal scores, preference will be given to the applicant whose application was registered with the Agency earlier.

If the relevant conditions stipulated by the Program are met, the NNLE Rural Development Agency will notify you regarding the preparation of the agreement.

Note:

• Taking into account the specifics of the exhibition, the Agency will ensure the transportation of samples of a specified weight. Participants will be informed about these conditions and the permitted quantities after completion of the selection process. At the same time, the Agency will not ensure the transportation of samples of perishable products, including fresh fruit and meat products.
