Receiving applications for the exhibition selection contest has ended

The international exhibition Caspian Agro 2024 will be held on May 15-17, 2024 in the city of Baku, Republic of Azerbaijan.

Organized by NNLE - With the organization of the Rural Development Agency, the exhibition will welcome agricultural product producers to participate.

International exhibition Caspian Agro allows exhibitors to establish business connections with local and foreign business operators.

The exhibition brings together in one space those interested in the agricultural industry: local and foreign experts and thousands of visitors, including importers, exporters, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and farmers.

In 2023, 24 countries and about 500 local and international companies operating in the agricultural sector participated in the exhibition. More than 13,000 visitors attended the event. 

In order to participate in the exhibition selection contest, a candidate should meet the following criteria:

• Products produced should comply with the content of the international exhibition;
• Should not have violated the terms of the agreement while participating in the international exhibitions held during the previous calendar year;
• Should have no ongoing court, enforcement, or other legal proceedings/dispute with the Agency;
• You must have no tax debt owed to the government (unless the payment of the tax debt owed to the government is deferred or the obligation to pay it is suspended by law).

In case of complying with compliance criteria, the evaluation will be done by assigning points to the relevant indicators:

To participate in the exhibition selection competition, you need to register on the website, fill out an electronic application, and upload the following documents:

• Copy of ID document of the authorized individual;
• Extract from the Registry of Non-Entrepreneurial (Non-Commercial) Legal Entities;
• Reference from LEPL – Revenue Service on the absence of debt;
• Document proving the annual turnover for the previous calendar year of the beneficiary, issued by the LEPL Revenue Service;
• Certificate of international food safety management systems/standards (if any);
• Document proving the export procedures (if any);
• Other additional documentation if required by the Agency.

For participation in international exhibition your evaluation should not be at least 3.5 points. In case of equal points, the principle of order will apply when selecting companies.

In case of your compliance with relevant terms of the program, the information on preparation of an agreement will be submitted to you by the Agency.
