Those wishing to participate in programs/projects must submit applications only in Georgian.

Documentation to be submitted

  • Completed application form;
  • Copy of ID card / passport of the person authorized to represent the cooperative;
  • Extract from the Register of non-entrepreneurial (Noncommercial) Legal Entities;
  • Comparison report and / or certificate from the LEPL – Revenue Service on the absence of payables;
  • Copy of the register of members and shareholders of the cooperative;
  • Notarized copy of the minutes of the meeting of the cooperative shareholders on the conclusion of the agreement on the co-financing of the beneficiary, assuming the obligations envisaged by that agreement and the Resolution #461 of September 7, 2015 of the Government of Georgia;
  • Certificate of Internally Displaced Persons - IDPs and / or Certificate of Persons with Disabilities (if necessary);
  • Document confirming the existence of the beneficiary's co-payment - a certificate from the bank on the account balance and / or a certificate on the approved loan and / or a document confirming the alternative source of financing (not less than 30% of the total project cost; in case of enjoying the additional benefit defined by the Program - not less than 20%);
  • Expert / audit report of the person enrolled in the Registry produced by the Accounting, Reporting and Audit Supervision Service – the state lower institution within the system of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia on the number of owned beehives;
  • Bank details of the cooperative;
  • Expert / audit report on the compliance of the investment value of the submitted project with the market prices, issued by the LEPL Levan Samkharauli National Forensics Bureau or/and the entities accredited by the LEPL Unified National Body of Accreditation - Accreditation Center or/and the entity enrolled in the Registry produced by the Accounting, Reporting and Audit Supervision Service – the state lower institution within the system of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia; this report must be accompanied by the invoice(s) of the products/services to be purchased and/or the agreement.
  • Other additional documents determined by the Agency.

Website registration

  • To participate in the Program, a potential beneficiary (cooperative) should visit the website www.cooperatives.rda.gov.ge, get acquainted with the terms of the Program, download the application form and go to the "Authorization / Registration" page to register;
  • Enter the required information about the cooperative and its representative in the fields on the registration page;
  • After filling in the initial registration data and clicking on the registration button, the authorized person of the cooperative confirms that he / she has read and agrees to the terms of use of the website and the terms of the Program and presses the "Consent" button;
  • The registration request is automatically sent to the system and the potential beneficiary will receive a username and password in the e-mail address provided by him / her, which he / she will use to log in to the website on his / her own panel;
  • Cooperatives already registered in this system will be able to apply on the website without registration. To reset the password, the cooperative should contact the Information Department of the Rural Development Agency at: 1501.

Completing the application

  • To fill in the application, the representative / authorized person of the cooperative shall: 
  • To his/her web-based control panel using his/her username and password received at his/her e-mail address during registration;
  • Select the "Beekeeping Program" from the list of Programs and presses the "Add" button to fill in the application;
  • Upload the completed application form and electronic version of all necessary documentation;
  • By clicking on the application, the text displayed in the information window confirms that the information provided by him/her is true and he/she agrees that if any party to the Program becomes aware of the untruthfulness of the information provided by the beneficiary, this may be a reason for refusing co-financing or a ground for claiming back the co-financing received;
  • Correction of the submitted application is not allowed;
  • If the information and documentation provided by the potential beneficiary is incomplete, the application will be given a status “Rejected” in the system;
  • If the information and documentation provided by the potential beneficiary is complete, the application will be given a status “Confirmed” in the system;
  • The applicant will receive information about the completion of the application review by e-mail.
