Within the program, it was possible to check the accrued points on the website of JSC "Liberty Bank": https://myliberty.ge/?id=agro

The use of points accrued on the card was possible until August 31, 2025, inclusive.

If, as of August 31, 2025, the beneficiary had not used the subsidy points accrued within the framework of the "Program for supporting hazelnut production," the unused points on the account were automatically canceled.

About the program

• The purpose of hazelnut production supporting program is to support primary production of hazelnut in Georgia by the way of stimulation of hazelnut orchard owners or/and proprietors. 
• The goal of the program is to support primary production of hazelnut in Georgia by the way of subsidizing the good necessary for care and production of hazelnut.  

Program executor

• The program is executed by the NNLE Rural Development Agency and LEPL National Food Agency.
• Program implementation is coordinated by the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia.

Geographic area for program implementation

The program will be implemented in all municipalities of Georgia except the self-governing cities. 

Procedures for cadastral registration of hazelnut orchards

• Cadastral registration of hazelnut orchards is maintained by the Agency.
• An individual authorized for application submitting or/and beneficiary is responsible for correctness of information recorded in cadastral registry of hazelnut orchards.
