Those wishing to participate in programs/projects must submit applications only in Georgian.

In the Shida Kartli region (Gori and Kareli municipalities), the acceptance of applications for agro-meteorological stations, solar power plants, greenhouse farms, agricultural machinery (motor-block), and agricultural trailers resumed on July 10, 2025, at 12:00 and will continue until the budget is exhausted.

Receiving applications for drip and sprinkler irrigation systems is currently active.

If you have an irrigated land plot and are interested in agricultural production, you have the opportunity to receive state co-financing.

Program Goal and Objective

The goal of the program is to promote the primary production of agricultural crops in irrigated areas, to develop the rural economy, and to create a competitive, diversified, and sustainable environment by encouraging the production of local agricultural products. The objective of the program is to create the necessary conditions for effective agricultural production in rural areas, to increase soil fertility and productivity, to improve quality, to support the sustainability and flexibility of local producers, as well as to improve the management of processes on which their activities depend.

Program Implementer

The implementer of the program is the Rural Development Agency. The program is coordinated by the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia.

Geographic Area of Program Coverage

The program will be implemented in the municipalities of Sagarejo, Gori, and Kareli, including all villages within these municipalities, as well as the village of Kachreti.
