The Rural Development Agency announces a vacancy for the position of a Specialist at the Beneficiaries Monitoring Service in the Kakheti region, office located in Gurjaani.

 

Salary: 1700 GEL (net)

Working hours: 09:00–18:00

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitoring of selected sites.
• Collecting and analyzing preliminary information about selected sites prior to the monitoring visits.
• During site visits, documenting the observed situation and information received from the beneficiary in a monitoring report.
• Discussing the results of conducted monitoring with the supervisor.
• Preparing reports on activity outcomes.
• In case of identifying violations, preparing the issue for discussion at the commission.
• Preparing written documentation requests for the beneficiary.
• Performing other instructions and tasks related to the activity within the scope of competence, as assigned by the supervisor.

 

Qualifications:

• Higher education.
• At least two years of work experience, preferably in a similar position.
• Knowledge of computer office programs.

 

Other Requirements:

• High sense of responsibility.
• Attention to detail.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to plan and conduct communication.
• Ability to identify and analyze problems.
